Paradox Graph
The Paradox Graph identifies strengths across 12 sets of paradoxical traits and shows how behaviour can dramatically change when under a certain degree of stress by indicating a possible ‘flip’ behaviour.
This graph is ideal for any leadership role and relates to four distinct stages of activity: Initiating; Motivating; Implementing and Maintaining.
The aim of development work is to move an individual more into the ‘balanced versatility’ segment of the graph thus increasing job success through behavioural flexibility.
